Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An annual review performance review would be nice and goals set to achieve and move forward would be helpful. Instead it's just do a lot of work and hope it gets noticed by the right people and I only talk to my manager if I need something fixed on my timesheet.
