appears that everyone really likes working for this company which is really nice to see/hear. the complaints you hear are normal, nothing you wouldnt anywhere else. its all workable, nothing major.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my immediate management team care and shows that they care. they are invested in my employment here and insure that i'm happy and satisfied with my job. check in to insure i am not unhappy and if so why. and they try to cure issues not ignore
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
be more competitive in our bonus incentive to work on weekends as other companies are right now. theres no incentive to work weekends compared to working late during the week. give more for weekend work. change our sick & vaca to all PTO like before, not separate. insurance is too high
