What is the best part about your compensation package?
My wages and ability to work over-time during the week. This company encourages over-time in order to get done what needs to get done for the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are down to earth good people, who are easy to reach out to if i have questions or need help. Training is a clean process because of this. The support from Leadership team is insane, everyone wants you to succeed and challenge yourself and grow within the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are all about making the world a better place, and improving the company each day. The company is super proactive and outgoing. So being able to work and surround myself around individuals who are outgoing, like to challenge themselves, and who strive for growth is the best kind of support.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with my team and help increase numbers for our group. I love setting goals each day and being able to get those numbers up. Its exciting and rewarding to go to work, make your goals, and know that what you did that day really helped the company and your team out. :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so easy to reach out to for help. Everyone is helpful and encouraging. If you are struggling, there is always someone who is willing to lend an ear to help get you through it. I feel like I can ask my manager anything I'm not understanding and be able to learn from each problem and improve.
