Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is 2 things 1. The fact that we are pretty much penalized for working overtime. Overtime hours should not be docked against the bonus/commission money we make 2. I think the tiers need to be restructured a little bit. 1-5: $1000 5-7:$1250 8-11:$1500 12+: $1650
