Overall I have had an excellent experience with the company so far. I just hit my 3 months mark and I'd say I very much am enjoying my time. The leadership, peers and education opportunities available are unparalleled. My pay is a huge bonus as well.

The pay is far better than expected for the position. It is extremely competitive especially considering how great the leadership team is also.

The pay first and foremost. My coworkers are nice too. I enjoy speaking with borrowers for the most part as long as they are also kind.

The are all very kind and welcoming. They are always more than happy to help and are never judgmental if you don't understand something or need more detail to explain it.

They actually care. They value communication, and try to be flexible with you if you are ever needing help. They are also patient and very hardworking. They always try to put you first.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is just so friendly and helpful. I'm never afraid to reach out if I ever have questions or need anything at all. It is also very comfortable being able to work from home and still be in a competitive work environment. All of this with a company that is working to better the world.
