Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish we would have yearly reviews with raises based on performance. Knowing that I cannot obtain a raise unless I promote title is a bit disheartening.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their guidance and ability to coach through any obstacle is truly done with the utmost respect and compassion. I have never worked for ay other company that provided true constructive criticism.
