the company never gives raises. no cost of living increases, nothing. the CEO never addresses this or questions asked on company wide town hall meetings

we never get cost of living raises, even though the CEO is worth 4 billion because of what WE do on a daily basis. it's not right that there are never any increases in pay yet inflation keeps going up and up. company really does not care about the people that do the work
