My overall experience was great on the sales side. Moving over to the LOS team is completely different! I don't feel like I work for the same company. The level of micromanagement and lack of work/life balance, proper training, and appreciation is overwhelming and causes additional stress.

That they all feel the same as I do but are too afraid to speak up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive energy from the VPs, sales side is very high energy. proc side is lacking great leadership
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lack of trust in our abilities as employees, which fosters a negative energy. When you feel the need to micromanage, your showing you dont have faith in your employees. Also lots of changes in processing making it harder to close loans. Very unrealistic pressure is applied.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the values of GoodLeap, Hayes' passion and appreciation for his employees and customers is amazing! Unfortunately, I don't feel like I get the same gratitude and appreciation from my direct managers. Being in my department, I don't feel like I work for the same company as Hayes Bernard.
