would be nice to have a bonus based on production or a cost of living raise built-in for positions that don't earn bonus or commission.

There is an overall sense of pride to work at GoodLeap. The pace at which we are growing is super motivating. The snacks are great too!

Top Notch. They are driven professionals that work hard and make a difference. No one fell into their role...they have all worked very hard and continue to work very hard to excel the company.
