They need to care about the company and stop acting like a victim who's owed money for little effort

The condition of the store is nasty. They come back tho because they grab good finds. But they complain about the store's lack of cleanness
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do so, so much and others do less than the minimum. At our location, our setup doesn't favor DEC so we do more. Plus I'm operating machinery so I feel like I should get paid more. I often have to double work myself because other co-workers do less
