Remove the current store manager so that branch can succeed.

The non-management employees tend to make the place 'friends and family' for us all.

When you're not in management, who cares? You're expendable, people are always looking for jobs, that's the attitude.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I loved my coworkers and miss them. I always enjoyed working with them. They weren't the issue, unethical management was.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Removing the current store manager, for starters, to boost employee morale, putting in one who doesn't manage based on personal whims but it a people person, playing on the same team as her employees.
