I have witnessed a fellow employee being chastised like she was a child and other employees being talked to in a derogatory manner by the assistant manager I feel this is not in line with this company's mission statement and this person should realize that is not the way you treat people

The lower management work very well together in achieving our daily goals

It is mostly positive but as I said earlier there are times that are very negative
