They ask work together towards the same goal and seem sincere in there desires to help disabled adults. It isn't just a job.
Most of the team has desires to better the lives of disabled adults. There are a few that don't seem qualified for their job title, but most are great, big hearted people
Average pay is lower than the national, pay is the same as others in this company with the same title, but I'm responsible for much more, and there are no stock options at all
