I like the job itself, but management could do more to include employees

I felt comfortable with the interviewer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers are always willing to pitch in and help each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay should definately be increased, is not keeping up with similar jobs in the city.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with employees. We work hard and it seems like every other day something is changing with little to no advance notice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees should be more involved in what's going on with the company and changes being made. Also making enough money to live on would be nice, without having to recieve food stamps.
