I achieve at my pace. Others listen. It's not about who's in charge, its who has ideas / solutions .

They have a fearless, 'lets accomplish it now' spirit and willingness. If there are problems, they have the knowledge and ability to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
no one takes ideas, achievements or talents for granted. The culture is to work find solutions even if we loss people to other companies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Recently our company was hurt by the tax cut ( the incentive to donate is a severe job and work cut - back. Solution is the government ending the new tax cuts...tax wise we need it go back to 2016 tax standard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
1) connecting with the customers. If customers feel as if they can't get what they are looking for, you lose customers. We have had customer endorsements on company commercials shown on TV to the public. Nothing more rewarding to any company than happy customers endorsing you.
