not much different than other interviews i've been part of

co-workers are ok, however the management is pitifully inept and incompetent

some of the other entry level employees are fine. They are in the same boat as I am.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it's a joke. don't even bother thinking that you will be compensated at a rate that would justify the headache this place causes.
