I'm a tenured employee. My coworkers and colleagues respect me. I may not favor Goodwill's current work politics, and that's ok. all in all Goodwill has been good to me, and allow e m to really grow as a person.

therr is little to no work drama in my department and for that Iam thankful.

It was so long ago that I can't remember. However, i do recall that it wasn't much of a process

My case load is overcrowded. I'm stretched so thin, that at tims I feel like I'm no helping my clients as they need or as I should b.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization. Also, thy need to remember Goodwll's core values. Goodwill is similar to walmart for the fact that it's all about profit. Except goodwill is a Non Profit..
