How things are ran. Being watched constantly kept to one section alone with nothing to do is not a good way to work for as little as you get working here
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How they talk to their employees. The executives seem to look down at anyone who is beneath them and speaks down to them with no constructive criticism. There is no acknowledgement for doing a good job just a do better mentality.
