It just a job to help pay the bills. I use like my job when I started but it hard to like when can work together and be able to talk to each other. Can not get things I need with out Haveing to ask for it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sticking doing the same thing and not changing the rules every day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get more customers so not so slow and have more things to do.
