Interview attire was business casual at most. It was rather casual instead. The questions were simple and the assistant manager at the time was very professional and not belittling.
I don't have a compensation package, they won't hire anyone other than management as full time. Employees work full time without the ability to advance to full time. It took 3 years for anyone to get a raise at my store.
Allow employees to rate their supervisors with them not having any access to the reviews and for the identity of the employee to remain confidential. Then they could investigate the allegations, especially if they are more serious. It's essential that upper management actually follow up.
The manager is rude, disciplines, and berates a single employee in front of all other employees. No one would speak up against them for fear of retaliation. Avoid overly aggressive managers and staff. Give surveys to all employees to ask about their co workers or managers.
We all work really well together, we can have a good time but also get our tasks done in a reasonable amount of time. We have a sense of humor, we have teenage employees that we help teach not only about work but about becoming an adult. I wouldn't trade them for any other team.
