Really wanted to work here. Got really sick and found out had a few limitation to working. But now have figure out they do not believe that limitation for anybody. They want everybody to be the same.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do try to let you have time off for emergency.

Can be done in person or phone for the 1st interview.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When hired was told to be a cashier. Now do cashier, puller, roller.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not so much coworkers need to improve. The store needs to improve. The company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing......they have a negative view to people with health problems. Even though there suppose to care about it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management to do there job. Better view that not everybody can do all jobs good. One job for one pay.
