When I am able to help someone find meaningful work through our Goodwill Staffing Services Program
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They offer weekly chapel with a pastor who is able to speak to employees as a group and one on one to help the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my pay was cut (due to budget cuts) and on top of that, my coworker was fired and now I have to do my job PLUS hers for less wages.
