I made the best with they way they treated me, coworkers and customers. The jobs not hard it's just spiritualy taxing because they lie and mistreat the people who matter most. They steal donations from people they claim to help and I hope nobody has the misfortune of having to apply, or work there.

Goodwill has tarnished it's original message and purpose so badly, I feel it's irreparable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not lieing to customers and treating employees alot better. They also train the employees in upper management to fire employees,or volunteers s, for things they told them to do.
