The best things about working with others is they are friendly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I am required to do not only my job but other jobs that others are not held accountable for.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People stink and treat us the same as corporate treats their employees
