Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know my manager really appreciates and values me as a person and an employee, but I have open discussions with my counterparts in other companies and they are paid more than I am.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to help each other - it truly feels like a team. Covid has been especially tough on everyone and I really feel like we were in this together. I also love that I get to work with extremely smart people who have a sense of humility and make me laugh. That's a win!

office space, roof deck, roof deck garden where the soil is from our composting, getting 2 volunteer days a year, having 2 full time baristas, desks that can sit or stand at, free snacks and beverages, monthly community lunches, etc
