What do you like best about the leadership team?
Invest more to fix the limits of the heavily decentralized and country-based FInancial systems as prerequisite to rollout a common/global budgeting/forecasting/reporting tool

What is the best part about your compensation package?
LTI. LTI is an indicator of my potential and value for the Company mid and long term. LTI develops the sense of belonging to GXO.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many of my peers, who are less senior in the company, are paid more than I am, I hope it is not because I am a woman. Seniority in the company does not seem to me to be recognised at its true value (knowledge of customers, processes, people...) Just a better salary alignment with my counterparts
