I love serving my clients but sometimes the restrictions of management make that hard for me to do; things like reducing my availability or limiting my schedule when I can work really make it hard to do my best. Sometimes I feel the company puts their bottom line ahead of my clients.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with has the client's best interests at heart. That is the best thing about my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help my clients reach THEIR goals even if it means not using us to service them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My district manager is fantastic as is most all of the managers I've worked under in the past 22 years. Communication is sincere, frequent and available in different modes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most all the positive aspects of the culture and environment at my company have to do with our willingness to help our clients. Every time we have a corporate goal to reach it impacts our clients - sometimes in a positive way and sometimes in a negative way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great if part-time employees were able to have health care coverage no matter how many hours they worked during a season. That is simply not the case since that benefit is derived from the past year's hours worked and they raised those qualifying hours from the year before.
