As time hoes on HR Block becomes more and more "corporate America" meaning the company seems to care less for its employees who complete the taxes by decreasing pay and paying the top VP's and CEO more and more. Its the American way and its a very bug shame!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager works just as hard to help client issues as we do on returns

Teamwork and office morale! The manager makes sure we work together well with teambuilding skills

We actually work together to help solve more complex returns and the manager helps solve client issues
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is fairly laid back and real. A little corporate talk but usually plain english, which i appreciate
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager cares about us. She will always try to help and when its over her skillset, she finds the answer by asking another manager for advice
