It's been a nightmare. I think the CEO needs to know what's going on with the franchises and needs to shut some down. Management is terrible and sets you up for failure and lies to get you fired.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Throw away management. Everyday was a good day as long as she wasn't there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop lying. Stop teaching us to lie. If a company is based on honestly well this would be longer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They are being lied too. We are told to tell them we can't use coupons or it comes out of our pay, peace of mind is free yet y'all are forcing them to pay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management doesn't know what she's doing she's cheating on tests and lying. She lost the keys to the safe. And told us we aren't allowed to file reports when it's proper. She also harassed us in person one on one and also on social media
