What do you like best about the leadership team?

We have no contact with any leadership team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Our owner to actually care, be more hands on & not lie.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is my coworkers. We have little to no interaction with the other offices.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our owner needs to care about our office. She needs to actually come visit & see how we run things.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am a higher level than my owner & barely get paid above minimum wage. And have been there 5 years.
