Bad Management Stressful environment. Office leader was rude and never seen her working. Office leader was always on phone or shopping around or going out with friends. Upper management doesn't know what office leader is doing.DM is biased. No recognition for hard work.

I liked tax academy and how they choose bright students to be part of their company

Nothing, it's very stressful and disappointing when you are not rewarded for all your hard work and efforts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Reward hard working employees and DM should not be partial . Office leader needs to be hardworking and should not be hired just to yell at employees. Office leader hands over their work to tax professionals so that they can hang around with friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worked so hard for long hours ,helped new comers. Got good Google reviews , good customer service, handled rude and grumpy customers but management team doesn't appreciate . And will hire office leaders for preseason who did nothing in tax season. Office leaders are paid for doing nothing.
