What did you like most about the interview process?
Management listened to me. They understand the workers nd the customers disgust with the way companies treat clients these days. They want relationship that wants both to be happy
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our office was a tight group of taxpros that have worked together for decades. New managers constantly told us how horrible we were. We needed to shove more clients out the door. Clients relationships were only authorized if we could get there returns paid today! Accuracy was not the priority.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Put the worker bees who pay your bloody salary first. Give them the time to treat the clients as well as you preach you do. Go back n listen to Henry and Richard. They would be ashamed of what Block is doing to the clients. Transferring clients to strangers to do the return. That's Disgraceful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taxes need to be done accurately. Taxpros need the time to do an accurate return. Cutting hours during tax season is why you will lose long time clients. Block was built to serve the client. Now it is built to make a quick buck. You don't give z darn if clients get audited...shame on Block!
