Uncomfortable, unwelcomed, constantly being bullied by store manager. Some of the tax preparers condescendent, sarcastic, bias, pushy, and felt supervisor to other staff. Management was two faced, bias and played favoritism.

Received minimum pay, hours where constantly being micro-managed, constant schedule changed and inconsistent hours.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers aren't given a chance to interact with front desk staff, they tend to be old clients who skip the process of checking in etc.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Customer service skills for management and staff. Staff is very condescending, unprofessional they talk about other staff with clients. Learn to be flexible and unbias towards co-workers.
