What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers are amazing! The issue with others is that H&R Block is fine with employees who bully, rude and unprofessional. They only value money.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will pay themselves millions yeat after year and ghe rest of the staff does not receive raises to even cover inflation. 3% is what the hugh performers receive.
