
My team genuinly cares about our clients and the employees in our pod. We work togther well and are much like a temporary family during the season. The ones that are just there for the money dont tend to return.
The availability of employee connections accross the company. I have access to a neurodiversity group, as well as a lgbtq group that are both led and supported through "official" channels but the group members are available outside of group activities also. It allows us to build connections.
It was pretty informal and i had pleanty of options to ask questions. He was prepared with answers and looked up specifics for answers he didnt have off the top of his head. I left knowing i was hired and my rate of pay as well as when to expect my paid training schedule
