Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a seasonal associate you get paid minimum wage, no benefits, very few sick days. I love working there it's a great company, just not the best pay. There are chances to bonus but for small offices with few employees it is difficult because it depends on your hourly comp as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a big family! Every one gets along and helps each other grow. We learn from one another. It seems like every day one of us learns something new. I love my team and look forward to working with them every year. My team is one of the main reasons I come back each year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part the people we see on a daily basis are positive and happy. For those who are not, we try our best to help them find every credit they're due and keep our attitude positive. Sometimes you come into work with stress from home or other problems, my team is always positive & encouragin
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My office in particular is great, we all feel like family and work well with each other. We always are learning from each other helping each other grow. My higher up leadership is also very good for the most part, we have a few not so nice people but in general they work hard for the comany's best
