I loved that the manager was very positive at bringing aboard a new comer despite the sometimes hectic, and fast paced environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part of this employer/environment is that it is comfortable, and relaxed despite the crazy days. No one in the office is trying to throw anyone under the bus to get ahead. Again teamwork all the way!!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every person in my office is willing to help one another, and everyone looks out for the best interest of the office as a whole rather than individually. I have never worked for a company as proudly as I do this one.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This company is truly a family oriented company. My co-workers are like an extension of my family, everyone in the office is always willing to help one another. This company sets the standards high when it comes to the term "teamwork" !
What makes you most happy at work?
I love going into a workplace that is warm, and inviting! From day one it has been a very welcoming environment, and no one makes you feel incompetent, or that you are lacking in any way. They welcome questions, so that you may perform your duties adequately.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As with many jobs there are always perks to it, but in my opinion I would have to say the best would be that it allows me to work full-time, and stay on top of things at home. This is an employer that does NOT punish you for having a family.
