They base our pay on revenue, but we have no control over prices. There are no benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some offices work as a team. But some offices have one main tax pro that takes all the business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executives from district manager and up only look at reports, not reality. Office managers and tax pros were all given pay cuts while everyone else received raises this year. Decreases in prices is being shouldered by those that do the actual work of taxes.
