The location I work at is one of the slowest offices in our district, and they shove so many cooks together on the line. At this point, I'll just have to hope that my mom will bring us.

Everyone becomes such a tight knit family after being here for a while. Everyone just wants you to succeed and have fun doing it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are the absolute best! There is just so much respect from everyone and you will never lack to find someone that will help you, no matter what.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Over the past 2 tax seasons at this location, I am very fold of the fact of how quickly and easily everyone got along, and the interactions will never be forgotten.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though I am on my second tax season with them, I ended up getting a pay cut because I went from the CSP (Customer Service Professional) to being a first year Tax Associate.
