So far things have been good until recently. I had a bunch of hours taken from me because I had the flu the last week, and was informed that I will not receive them back. I can't survive with what they pay, and then for them to take hours when I barely get any as is.
What makes you most happy at work?
The lack of stress that it entails.

It's been a while since I interviewed for them.

Aside from my personal office manager, everyone and everything that they do.

My co-workers are the best, and are always willing to help out when you need it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Taxes aren't always fun, so we do our best to keep a positive and up-beat office environment, not only for ourselves, but for the customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was making more last year as a CSP (Receptionist) than I am this year as a tax professional. I had to take a pay cut to further my experience and move up in the industry, and I don't believe that is fair.
