For me it has been a great experience. I get to work at a location near home, I get to decide the hours I work, and the company has a self promoting process in which we increase our certification levels when we want and don't have to wait for a manager to give to a raise.

We get an hourly pay plus performance based commission as well as cash incentives for completing goals or contest.

Communication and willingness to share information with each other as well as the great lengths that they go to help and assist our clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to come to work and already know what needs to be done on a daily basis. No need to be micromanaged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team work and constant communication so everyone is up to date and fully informed of updates and changes in the company and with tax law changes.
