What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about all employees. I believe the actions shown during COVID clearly showed how strong our culture is and that people come before money.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think we are very competitively paid. I don't think there are many other companies in our area that come close, except maybe Oil and Gas, but we offer stability and consistency in pay.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team cares deeply about the customers and our company. We show pride in what we do and ensure our customers get help fast and all their needs met. People are proactive and look for opportunities to make someone's life easier, rather than just trying to get off the call.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All teams have a great cohesion and the right fit for our company. We have hired the right people who are passionate about the same things, so there isn't much friction.

Executive members are involved. We protect our culture, so we need to ensure that we take company fit over department fit.

I liked that the interviewers were conscious of my time despite their busy schedule. Interviews were scheduled back-to-back so that I did not have to drive into town a second time.
