What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The upper management is always positive. Lots of cheerleaders at the top. Even when all the numbers are down and no one is able to make plan.

Since going public, the morale of the field staff has gone downhill in the hospitality vertical. Management in the vertical is the worst.
