What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to work together and help out to get the job done. When things don't go quite right, it's not about finger pointing it's about how can we improve next time.

Everyone is included. Effort is both actively and visibly made to ensure inclusion and diversity, whether it be wearing pink for breast cancer awareness, ensuring gender diversity is not an afterthought, or getting everyone together for catered lunch every week during a light-hearted all-hands.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was really friendly and was helpful if I got stuck on some small details.

Being paired one-on-one with multiple people who I'd later be working with was a great introduction. I appreciated the various interview styles, but the best experiences were the ones where I got to "talk" to the interviewer and get to know them as a person.

What makes you most happy at work?
Personally the most rewarding thing is seeing a customer request go from vision, to design, to implementation, to their hands and how often they are thrilled with the results.

Most happy? I could easily name a handful of things. But, I think the most happiness comes from being recognized for my contributions by people who I don't work with directly. I don't expect my name to be plastered on the walls, but the random "great job on that" definitely brings warm fuzzies.
