I feel like I know what's going on because of the transparency, especially around financials and issues that crop up. Also appreciate the display of humanness (humanity?)

What is the best part about your compensation package?
hopefully the stock options (fingers crossed). i was hired with a great salary for a non-senior employee. also love the home setup stipend, and expensed phone/internet

"We Hire Adults" is a company value, and the compensation package reflects that. We invest in good healthcare instead of kombucha fountains, etc

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a safe and welcoming place for all walks of life. There's a strong culture of learning, and teaching, and being honest when you don't know something.

What did you like most about the interview process?
We set clear expectations for interviews. The goal is to see each candidate at their best, not set up traps or gotchas. Interviewing is a two way street and we want to help candidates learn about Honeycomb as well as see whether they will fit the need for which we're hiring.

There are so many new challenges to tackle every day, which means it's never boring. I also appreciate the flexibility to take the time I need to think about a problem. And I love my team, they're fantastic.
