What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership doesn't understand what is happening at their company. Upper level is separate from the lower and mid levels. So they never know whats happening. Because of this, they don't know how to run a proper company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel a bit underpaid for my position, my experience and my commitment to the company. Being raised more often would be a nice improvement.

The company undervalues everyone. They do not provide fair pay and it looks like they never will. If they ever magically decide to increase people's pay, a lot of people would be happy and the company would grow at a faster pace than they would have ever been
