Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing the work for two roles getting compensated for one with no communication/follow-up on if this will change.

Circumstantial as there is a pause on raises/promos currently but I am full time doing a promoted roll for the same salary I was receiving prior.
