OneMedical is an excellent perk. Best experience going to a primary care doctor I've ever had. 12 weeks of family leave for my newborn is the best benefit I've ever had. That time with my baby is precious and I will be forever grateful to InStride for giving me that time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more trainings/workshops to grow in my role, career development conversations, wellness stipends, lunch at the office, my job title at other companies gets paid better

InStride hires fiercely intelligent and capable people. Everyone is very responsive and aligned on meeting the companies goals. Everyone is willing to give their time to help others. The attitude on meetings and in the office is mostly positive.
