What makes you most happy at work?Every day I have an opportunity to learn something. I love to learn new things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I like that my manager has confidence in me and gives me a certain level of autonomy when doing my job. I also appreciate that so many people are willing to take time to explain and educate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I'm very appreciative of our health insurance offering. It's very generous in its coverage and the monthly premium is quite low compared to other health benefits I'm aware of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? My responsibilities increased from the date of hire without compensation adjustment, and most employees have not received raises in two years. My home insurance premium just jumped 50% along with other costs of living.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Undervalued is felt to not given raise in the past 3-4 years. I have out performed on all reviews, and still give the company my all regardless lack of incentive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I believe the amount of paid time off is seriously deficient. It negatively effects expected participation in family activities and needs. It also seems at odds with industry trends thus affecting talent acquisition.
