What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary and bonus are great! Health care needs improvement

Best part is a required, no exception yearly performance evaluation, pay compensation is based on evals. The other benefit compensations are an industry standard compensation. This is one area I believe the company could do more to attract or retain quality employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Besides the salary, my line of management can improve benefits or allowances, especially during a pandemic when i was the only one on my team on my site to go to the office once or twice a week even if all employees are working from home.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our group is a combination of US and PH employees and there is no double standards. fare treatment to all.

Interview was less formal. I was very comfortable during my application interview.
